Raw Food Made Easy!

Discover the magic of creating fabulous raw organic culinary food for optimum health and rejuvenation. Eating healthy has never been so delicious and easy. You will learn basic knife techniques and how to use special equipment for the raw food kitchen such as blenders and food processors. You will sample freshly made raw taste sensations and how to create a wide variety of delicious and easy to prepare raw recipes.

In Raw Food Made Easy! You will learn:

Menu:  Green Juice, Banana and Blueberry Smoothie, Almond Milk,
           Cream of Courgette Soup, Mediterranean Kale Salad, Not Tuna Pâté
           and Cruditiés, Courgette Noodles Marinara, Chocolate Mousse.


Raw Delights:

Raw Delights for adding delicious desserts into your lifestyle. Raw desserts are ideal for anyone who loves sweets but is trying to avoid refined sugars, dairy products and unhealthy fats. Any desserts you enjoy you can make raw such as your favourite cooked-pies, cookies and sweets but your family will never know that they are raw and healthy. You will be able to delight your friends and family with desserts that taste as rich and sweet as the traditional ones – the perfect treat for everyone!

Raw DelightsIn Raw Delights you will learn:

Menu:  Chocolate Mousse Tart with Fresh Berries, Truffles ‘n’ Fudge,
           Cherry Vanilla Cheesecake, French Vanilla Ice Cream and
           Black Forest Cherry Brownies.


Wrap ‘n’ Roll:

We all love to eat with our fingers and have food ready to take “to go” but sandwiches; wheat flour wraps and burritos can leave you feeling bloated and weighed down. Raw wraps and rolls are a good solution to energising food on the go. These also are the perfect finger food for travelling or taking to your social gatherings. Your friends and family will never think they are eating raw.

Nori RollsIn Wrap ‘n’ Roll you will learn:

Menu:  California Rolls, Vietnamese Salad Rolls, Courgette and
           Pepper Wrap, Tomato Stack and Pesto, Assorted Dips
           and Spreads


Home Coaching:

If you cannot take time to take the Raw Living Style Programme or any of the workshops, Raw Living Style provides personal healthy lifestyle coaching which helps you identify and understand your needs and goals, providing ongoing support, motivation and guidance to help you reach your goals. In this training day you will learn how to tailor your diet to your individual needs and tastes. Learn what to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts and snacks. Learn how to select and store fresh fruits, greens and vegetables in your raw food kitchen. Practice fundamental knife skills and equipment use. Whether you need help with setting up your kitchen, developing recipes and meal planning to equipment you need to make the changes you desire in your own home. I love sharing my passion for the raw food lifestyle.
